So Air Lingus and RyanAir both fly from Dublin to Prauge for the same price. So Aer lingus is a better option IMO
Flight cost 151 euro each, with a checked bag costing about 70 euro round trip for medium size bag and 80 for a large. I would recommend splitting armies and cost between people. One large bag and 3 bits of checkin would probably sort 3 people etc.
So the flights are the same price regardless of leaving Tues->Friday or flying back Monday/Tuesday so that will accommodate however long people want to go over for.
