Also are the slates even allowed? I imagine they will be by next year though.

Meh. Surely you just kill him and roll on with original game plan? The thing is, most psychic deathstars are pretty tame once the defensive powers are turned off. It only takes 1 turn of good shooting or assault to wipe out a beastpack or jetlock council once the celexus is in position. |
