So I saw Nordie Mike posting about this on Facebook so I reckon we might as well have a thread for it, here's a post Oisin made a few months ago about the details.
Always a great fun event, Belgium looks amazing and I'm sure the lads will want to match the standard of previous six nation events.

Getting back to you with more details regarding the 6NC.
We are proposing to have the 6NC the weekend of 28-29 March. We took an option on the venue and the conditions but need to decide before September 23rd so your feedback regarding is required asap!

It's very close to Ostend so should be viable to come by ferry/eurostar. Those that want to fly have three options:
1) either fly to Brussels National airport and then take the train to Ostend (trainstation is located in the airport itself). From the Ostend trainstation to the venue a taxiride should be about €5-10 (per taxi).
2) you fly to Ostend airport and from there you take a taxi, which should be about €15-20.
3) you fly to Charleroi airport (Brussels South), from where you can take a bus to Charleroi trainstation and then a train to Ostend. From there again a taxi can take you to the venue.
If you guys need help to get to the venue, just email Niek (niekvdr@gmail.com), he'll sort you out.
So what's the deal:
For 80 euros per person in total each player would get:
Sleeping place for Friday night.
Generally a 4-person bedroom. Some will have showers in the room some will have a wing with showers to be shared in a common area. Should be adequate for lots of people as it is being used often by schools to go on excursions during the year and should be able to handle crowds easily so cue-ing won't be an issue.
breakfast on saturday morning
warm meal on saturday noon (spaghetti)
barbeque on saturday evening. since everyone is sleeping close to the venue we can have everyone together and share some good times and some beers together!
sleeping place for saturday night
breakfast on sunday morning
warm meal on sunday noon (traditional stew with belgian fries)
warm meal on sunday evening (not sure what yet)
Please let us know if the weekend proposed is ok, and if the conditions are acceptable. We would need to pay 10% upfront and pay at least half in december. It is a lot of money so we would like to get confirmation and the fronting of a sum of money by that time from all teams.
