6 Nations - Belgium

Hey guys,

quick update: I've been to the venue and have been able to arrange everything:
- the linnen that was asked by the Irish and the Scottish (apparently the linnen-sets are only €6 per person, so I'll reimburse the Irish their €72 they paid too much on site)
- the staying over on sundaynight for the 7 Northern Irish, the 3 Irish, the 6 English, the 1 Welsh and 1 Scotsman
- the duvets for everbody

If there are vegetarian or other dietary arrangements that I need to know about: please do so asap so I can still arrange with the venue (this is no problem, just need to know beforehand).

The meals are as follows:
- fridayevening: bread and ham and cheese
- saturdaylunch: pastadish (probably macaroni and cheese)
- saturdaynight: barbecue
- sundaylunch: french fries and hamburgers
Water will be provided for free during these meals, but you can always buy a drink from our bar (coca cola, coke zero, still and sparkling water, fanta, coffee and tea at €1; Jupiler beers at €1,5; special beers at €2 a piece).

The breakfasts are always bread, yoghurt and a selection of cheese, cold meat, jam, ... Coffee and tea is included for breakfast.

I'll be at the venue from friday 12.30h to set everything up and everybody is welcome there from 16.00h onwards. Our meal will be set up from 18.00h onwards and it will be possible to eat for the whole evening, so don't worry if you're running a bit late.

For the people coming in by train: take the train to "Oostende" and then take the tram in the direction "Knokke" (the tramstation is just outside the trainstation of Oostende to the left). At the stop "Bredene Renbaan" you get off the tram and then you'll see the venue on your right hand side (Horizon vzw, Kapellestraat 88, 8450 Bredene). This is the cheapest way to get there: a tramride is only €1,2 per person, so should be a lot cheaper than a taxi. For those that want to take a taxi: just give the driver the adress of Horizon vzw (see above).
