Fundraising

Alright Shams? So... going to other countries and playing 40k, getting unreal dice, pimping t-shirts and custom shorts(working idea) costs many space monies and there is only so much #affluence to go around. As such, I will be organising some fundraising efforts that will be good craic, because, as you all know, that's the only way I do.

So I'm looking for ideas and advice etc.

Things we have to help with the fundraising:
Nigel Kavanagh will give us things at cost price to use as prizes.
We can give the dice and t-shirts as prizes.
Running events in the War Room where Nigel provide the terrain and venue for free, because he's a serious bro like that.
A limitless well of attractiveness and charm.
I also have a car....... that could help.

So my initial plan was to hold an events in the War Room(first one in April). Some bullet points of basic plan:

• One day event

• Give a package of things to everyone who comes. I thought it'd be easy to get the Team logo printed on stickers with numbers and stick them on the cheapest poker chips we can acquire. Use these to give everyone a set of 6 objective markers. Give everyone one of each coloured ETC dice and some loom bands, which you can buy for no money, as wound markers.
  
  
• Have some fundraising events á la the team from 3 years ago. Raffles and distance guessing etc. I'm from the country, so I can never say no to a good raffle.
  

• Give an ETC t-shirt as a prize along with some 40k toys. Toys/Board games as raffle/contest prizes.
  

• Charge something like 15 euro each. Way I see it, you could spend less than 200 euro on poker chips, a shirt and some toys(including the other prizes) and make like 400 euro(conservative).

We do an event that twice before the ETC and we could have a bunch of money towards paying for the dice and t-shirts. 

So I would like to open the floor up to brainstorming, comments and criticism.
